What is Stearic Acid ?

Stearic acid is a fatty acid that is a mixture of solid organic acids obtained principally from stearic acid and palmitic acid. Stearic acid functions as a lubricant, binder, and defoamer.
Widely used as plastic cold-resistant plasticizer, stabilizer, surfactant, mold release agent, rubber vulcanization accelerator, etc.
